(re)vision society will happily accept unworn, unwashed and unaltered merchandise in a saleable condition with original tags attached for a full refund. Just make sure you contact us within 14days of receiving your purchase to let us know you wish to return your item(s), then send them back to us within 28 days of receiving your order. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, and you have not contacted us to inform us you wish to return your purchased item/s unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
To process a return, it’s easy just follow these steps:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org, including your name and order number to request an electronic return shipping label.
- Print out the electronic return shipping label emailed to you, affix this to the outside of your package and ship.
Once we receive your package, we will promptly issue a refund or online store credit for the items as you specify in addition to sending you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. Please allow 10 business days to ensure that your refund is credited.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over £50, we highly recommend obtaining a proof of purchase or using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

ADDITIONAL RETURN INFORMATION
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange your purchase for the same/similar item of the exact same value, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Exchanging an item will be at our discretion, and if we cannot exchange we will offer a refund under the above terms.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Items classed as faulty are those that are received in a condition not as described, noticeably damaged in some way, or unwearable, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note due to the nature of the materials we are using items may differ slightly than seen in the images on the site as each item is unique which adds to its story.
We do not consider items damaged by wear and tear as damaged.
We will offer to repair or replace the faulty item. We can only replace the item with one of the same size, colour and quality, where possible. We will refund the item if a replacement is unavailable.
