Delivery & Returns

  • Can I change or cancel my order?
    Changes or cancellations to your order for delivery can be made by contacting the Online Customer Service Team at sales@revisionsociety.com. We aim to despatch your items as quickly as possible and if your order has already been despatched, we will not be able to make any changes.
  • Can I exchange an item that was purchased Online?
    Yes. The easiest and fastest way to exchange an item purchased on (re)vision society online is to return the item with your proof of purchase. You can visit our Return page for more information. You can return your item by completing the return slip on your Proof of Purchase included in your delivery and return it to our studio at: RETURNS (re)vision society returns & exchanges 90b Lansdowne Drive London E8 3ER
  • How long will it take to deliver my purchase?
    Delivery times depend on your location. Please see Shipping page for estimated delivery times. Please note during the Christmas period delivery times may vary and we suggest checking regularly on our shipping page for updated information.  
  • How much do you charge for delivery?
    We provide free standard shipping within the UK. Please see Shipping page for expected delivery and delivery fees to other countries.  
  • What if I am not home to receive delivery of my online order?
    You can nominate to have your order left unattended by providing instructions where we can leave your purchase in a secure location during checkout in the note section
  • Do deliveries require a signature?
    To ensure the security of delivery, a signature is required upon receiving your order. We suggest that if someone is not going to be home on the expected delivery date that you may wish to provide your work address instead during the checkout process. If someone is not present during the time of delivery depending on the country, the courier may redirect your parcel to the local post office or try to redeliver a second time.  
  • Who do you use for delivery?
    We currently use Royal Mail services.
  • How can I track my delivery?
    When you purchase with (re)vision society online you’ll receive an email with an order number. You can use this number to track the status of your order in your Online Account.
  • Where do you deliver?
    We currently offer the possibility to ask for delivery anywhere around the world.

  • How do I register on (re)vision society online?
    Simply click on Create an Account and follow the prompts to set up a secure account. Please note that creating an account is optional if you would like to order a product from the shop.

  • How much do you charge for delivery?
    We provide free standard shipping within the UK. Please see Shipping page for expected delivery and delivery fees to other countries.

    (re)vision society is based in the United Kingdom. If you are shopping online with us from outside the UK, please note that you will be charged in Great Britain Pound (GBP) and that in the time that passes between the original purchase and any requested refund the currency may have fluctuated up or down. All prices on www.revisionsociety.com are by default in Great Britain Pound (GBP). At present, we offer the possibility to display prices for items on the site in:

  • My order didn’t go through, but I think you have charged me?
    When you enter your card details to pay for your order, your bank automatically deducts the money from your available balance although it is not actually taken from your account until we review, validate and despatch your order. If we are unable to despatch your order, we do not charge you and the money is automatically put back onto your available balance by your Bank. This usually takes around 3 working days but the exact timeframe does depend on your card issuer and your bank. If this timeframe has elapsed, or you are a PayPal customer and the money still has not been released, please contact us at sales@revisionsociety.com.
